Ensure the furniture is clean, unassembled, and placed back in its original packaging with all hardware and manuals included.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your request is approved, our logistics team will coordinate a convenient time to collect the item from your residence for a nominal restocking fee.
Receive Your Refund
